Tag name must be Title Case #218

Problem description
code/API_definitions/webrtc-call-handling.yaml:237:11 — [S-021] Tag name 'Call handling' is not Title Case. Use e.g. 'Quality On Demand' instead of 'quality-on-demand'.
code/API_definitions/webrtc-events-subscriptions.yaml:213:11 — [S-021] Tag name 'Webrtc-events Subscription' is not Title Case. Use e.g. 'Quality On Demand' instead of 'quality-on-demand'.

Expected behavior
Use Title Case in tags i.e.:

• "Call Handling"
• "Webrtc Events Subscription" (not sure if WebRTC Events Subscription fits to the validation rule)
