What type of PR is this?
What this PR does / why we need it:
Moves the glue steps of the
snapshotjob intorelease_automation/scripts/snapshot_prep.py(central settings schema check, validation gate, bot identity). The bot identity lookup is shared withfinalizethroughbot_identity.py. The release-history step passes its inputs throughenvinstead of expression interpolation in therun:body. The skippedactjob no longer renders an unexpanded name: the job name is static and the action is in the step name. The bundling count is now a plain log line (notesonSnapshotResult) instead of a::warning::annotation. This clears the last two ShellCheck findings in the release automation workflow.snapshot_prep,bot_identityand the bundling noteWhich issue(s) this PR fixes:
Part of #476
