This PR configures
mainbranch for migration from Read the Docs (RTD) hosting to the canonical.com domain via HAProxy. It:conf.pywith new slug, canonical URL, OGP URL, and sitemap configurationDestination URL: https://canonical.com/openstack/docs/latest
