The collector relation still names prometheus, so the documented COS path fails when using mimir.

What changed in this PR
This PR updates the MicroCloud charm metrics guide to cover both COS Lite and COS metrics backends.
Changes:
- Replaces the Prometheus application name in the offer and consume commands with a backend placeholder.
- Adds a note explaining how to choose the backend application.
