Overview
Adds interactive configuration support to the disaster-recovery feature (backup/restore)
The feature can be enabled to detect Sunbeam models that need to deploy the s3-integrator charm and configure it.
DR generates per-app config (including app-specific path suffixes), creates per-app Juju secrets via Terraform, grants access to each integrator app, and configures credentials using secret URIs. Finally, the manifest will relate each integrator app to the corresponding consumer.
In the future, we can also deploy other important pieces like the velero-operator and the infra-backup-operator for the k8s control plane.
