[discussion] should the resume prompt include the previous tool's name?

Today the resume prompt is "Last task: X. Last action: Y. Next step: Z. Continue from here?" It does not say which tool produced the handoff.

Question: should it be "Last session was in Cursor. Last task: X..."?

• Pro: more transparency for the user, especially in cross-tool handoffs.
• Con: more lines in a 50-line-budget handoff; potential leak of "I was in another tool" if user shares the AGENTS.md.
