[roadmap] v0.1.0 — first working binary

Tracking issue for the first shippable Carryover release. The goal: a developer can brew install carryover, run carryover install, pick their tools, and get an automatic ≤50-line handoff between Claude Code, Cursor, and Codex sessions.

v0.1.0 milestones

• Cross-OS path validation script in CI (Linux + macOS)
• ToolSpec + HookSet tables for Claude Code, Cursor, Codex
• Interactive carryover install (TUI picker)
• carryover refresh re-detection
• fs watcher (notify) on transcript directories
• HTTP hook endpoint on localhost:47823
• Per-tool normalizer adapters (Claude JSONL, Cursor SQLite, Codex JSONL)
• SQLite ledger + schema migrations
• Distiller (always-on extractors first; coding-only second)
• Privacy-split publisher (gitignored payload + static pointer block)
• Resume protocol header in payloads (ask mode default)
• Homebrew tap + npm install path
• CI: build + test + clippy + fmt on macOS + Linux
• CI: release workflow (signed binaries, GitHub Release)
• README quickstart with working install command
