Adds Keploy to the MCP Servers section, in both README.md and README-zh.md.

Keploy is an open-source API testing platform (Apache-2.0). It captures real API, database and Kafka traffic with eBPF and replays it as deterministic tests with auto-generated mocks. The remote MCP server lets Claude Code record traffic, generate integration test suites from that traffic or from OpenAPI specs, curl commands and Postman collections, run them against virtualized dependencies, and report coverage gaps.

Entry follows the existing format in that section, including the registry name and endpoint.
