Natural-language Claims now enter a background compiler Agent that can validate, receive structured diagnostics and repair successive drafts until qualification or a real interruption. Runtime reuse executes synchronous Reflex code against native tool contracts, checks arguments and effect identity, validates recorded evidence and hands unsupported work back with an explicit reason. Final answer composition cannot call executable tools.
The UI shows compiler attempts, candidate/publication state, JEV decisions, native execution, evidence and handoffs in the task workflow and Reflex library. This integrates on current master while retaining streaming retry/retraction, image input and existing drawer dimensions. It also registers the JEV query namespace in the production profile, regenerates bindings with pinned tools, archives superseded tests and removes unused helpers. The pinned cyber-ui dependency is published at 841b91217f422624e8f01c1af599afc4fa9bd9ba.
Validation: affected Go regressions and full CLI tests passed; Reflex v2, production profile, Agent/Executor and Web Race checks passed; architecture checks and go vet passed. Fresh npm/pnpm installation and frontend build passed; JEV/workflow UI 58/58 and shared viewer 22/22 passed. Mainline production UI regressions 33/33 also passed after preserving ordinary chat disclosures and removing the duplicate Thinking region. Default lint and changed-line full-tag lint passed. CI includes the JEV tagged regression suite and binding drift check. Reproduction commands and historical experimental summaries are in docs/jev-reflex-v2-20261005.md. Raw experiment reports, generated cost analyses and machine-readable validation logs stay local and are excluded from this PR; the event fixtures required by UI regressions remain tracked.
No new paid model requests were made during this integration. Historical live results and the DeepSeek HTTP 402 blocker remain explicit; these checks do not establish stable replacement of runtime LLM reasoning across all workloads.
