The default behavior will be to keep safe overwrites enabled, matching upstream Syncthing behavior and BasicSync <3.17 behavior. Folks who do not want other apps' permissions revoked will need to turn the new setting off. Signed-off-by: Andrew Gunnerson <accounts+github@chiller3.com>

Tapping the new setting will open a dialog with a more detailed explanation, given that this affects a pretty important part of how Syncthing works. Screenshot
