The independent reviewer checks each linked source, numerical answer, recognizability, wording, stability and semantic duplicates; uncertain candidates are excluded before automatic merge. Automated validation checks ranges, displayed precision, IDs and near-duplicate titles; it does not establish factual accuracy.

Only independently verified candidates enter the scheduling pool after automatic review and merge.
