Updated CI and kernel bindings to Linux 7.2, including refreshed
BTF fixtures and ELF support for tracing multi and sleepable
tracing sections.

Implementing the public API for attaching one tracing program to
multiple kernel functions via tracing_multi link type.

Add link.AttachTracingMulti for attaching one tracing program via
tracing_multi link to multiple kernel functions using BTF IDs.

Adding support for FEntry, FExit, and FSession multi-attach modes
and attachment cookies.

Adding tests for tracing_multi link type attachment.

Disabling tests in CI for now, waiting for 7.2.
