Stop the Uptime chart's last date label overlapping the timezone caption #768

Description

@uz1mani

Why

On the Uptime page the last x-axis date (e.g. 22/09) is drawn over the "Site timezone" caption at the right end of the axis row, so both are unreadable. It happens in production today, in dark (found during the light-theme options round, 23-09-2026). It isn't a light-theme bug.

Done when

The last axis label and the caption never overlap at 1440px or at narrower widths.
