Important: Do not open a pull request to submit a new tool. Use the Tool Submission form instead, it runs the automated pipeline that updates all data files.
The site is deployed as a Cloudflare Worker with static assets through Cloudflare Workers Builds. Pushes to main trigger a build and deployment from the connected repository. A nightly 02:00 UTC workflow and manual workflow runs trigger the Workers Builds deploy hook so freshly enriched data is rebuilt without storing a Cloudflare API token in GitHub.
