Adds docs for the experimental
ContainerHarness(agents/harness/container): an overview page and an API reference under/agents/harnesses/container/, linked from the harnesses index and the sandbox page.ContainerHarnessshipped inagents0.27.0 (cloudflare/agents#2514) but had no Cloudflare docs.
