What

Updates skills/workers-best-practices/references/runtime-patterns.md to remove retired plan names (Bundled, Standard/Unbound) and hardcoded CPU limit numbers, deferring to the linked Cloudflare documentation for current limits.

Fixes #247

Why

As noted in #247, the Workers limits page (https://developers.cloudflare.com/workers/platform/limits/) lists Bundled and Unbound as deprecated plans, providing 10 ms per request on Workers Free and a 30 second default (configurable up to 5 minutes) on Workers Paid.

In accordance with CONTRIBUTING.md ("Prefer links over duplicated API signatures, limits, pricing, configuration, or examples that can become stale" and "When correcting outdated reference content, replace it with a short pointer to the current documentation where possible"), dropping the stale numbers avoids drift and points reviewing agents directly to the current limits documentation via the existing **Retrieve**: current limits at /workers/platform/limits/. pointer.

Validation

  • Verified current CPU limits against official Cloudflare documentation at https://developers.cloudflare.com/workers/platform/limits/ (updated 2026-10-12).
  • Ran python3 .github/scripts/check-reference-code-blocks.py --strict (0 code blocks in 0 reference files; passed).
  • Inspected the complete git diff to verify no accidental or unrelated changes.

Remove retired plan names (Bundled, Standard/Unbound) and hardcoded numbers from runtime-patterns.md, deferring to the linked documentation for current limits per CONTRIBUTING.md.
