Implement encryption and decryption through BoringSSL's AEAD API, with raw-secret and JWK key import/export and derived key support. Validate AEAD parameters with algorithm-specific tag length conversion. Gate the algorithm behind webcrypto_modern_algorithms to preserve the existing API surface. Enable its WPT coverage and add regression tests. Reject disabled derived-key targets before running the KDF. Support Node.js KeyObject raw exports and report secret key sizes from native material lengths, including for non-extractable keys. Correct existing AES/HMAC bit counts and KDF zero sizes without a compatibility flag, accepting the risk of correcting these metadata values to match Node.js. Unsupported raw-key equality comparisons return false. Accept the unflagged AES-GCM tagLength error differences: out-of-range values have a different TypeError message, and workers without capture_async_api_throws receive a rejected promise instead of a synchronous throw. Valid AES-GCM results remain unchanged.

Expose SHA3-256, SHA3-384, and SHA3-512 through SubtleCrypto.digest() and SubtleCrypto.supports() using BoringSSL's public EVP APIs. Keep SHA-3 out of the shared hash lookup so keyed operations reject it. Gate the algorithms behind webcrypto_modern_algorithms to preserve the existing API surface. Enable SHA-3 WPT coverage and test both flag states and rejection by keyed operations.
