RealtimeKit product has a huge API surface https://developers.cloudflare.com/api/resources/realtime_kit/.

To keep the scope limited, work has been split into 2 phases.

Phase 1: Add bindings to create participant auth token for a quick test. This PR adds this.

Code once bindings are ready. (Follows snake_case, similar to API response)
