Moves the Intel macOS release build from the retired
macos-13runner tomacos-latest, which cross-compilesx86_64-apple-darwinon Apple Silicon.The
macos-13job never got a runner, so the release, checksum and Homebrew jobs that wait on it never ran. The v0.14.0 run was cancelled with that job still waiting, and the v0.15.0 run sat queued until it was cancelled. Both versions are on crates.io but have no GitHub release or Homebrew update.Verified locally on an arm64 Mac:
cargo build --package eksup --release --target x86_64-apple-darwin --lockedbuilds a Mach-O x86_64 binary, and it runs under Rosetta and reportseksup 0.15.0. actionlint passes. The release workflow itself only runs on a tag, so v0.15.1 will exercise it.
