This changeset cleans up leftover CSS after the Tailwind CSS update. The removed rules predate Tailwind CSS and are either redundant with its base styles or never took effect. It also removes a few unused classes and inline styles from the templates.
Nothing should change visually. Using Playwright, I've compared all pages before and after this change in Chrome at widths from 320 to 1600 pixels, and they render the same.
