Agent is a Windows app for interview prep notes and review. It helps you collect questions, organize answers, and keep your study plan in one place.
The project is built for people who want a simple way to sort interview content without setting up extra tools. You can use it to track topics, review common questions, and build a clean study list.

Look for the latest file on the page.
- If you see an
.exefile, download it - If you see a
.zipfile, download it and unpack it - If you see a release package, choose the latest one

- If it is an
.exe, double-click it - If it is a
.zip, right-click it and choose Extract All - Open the extracted folder and look for the app file
Windows may ask for permission.
- Click Yes if a security prompt appears
- If SmartScreen shows a message, choose Run anyway only if you downloaded it from the link above
Once the app opens, you can begin adding your interview notes and organizing your list.
When you open Agent for the first time, set it up in a way that fits your study style.
- Create a list for each job role you want to prepare for
- Add topics such as system design, coding, and teamwork
- Enter short answers in your own words
- Mark items you want to review again
- Keep the list short at first, then grow it as you study
Type a question you want to practice. Keep the text short and clear.
Example:
- Tell me about yourself
- Why do you want this job?
- How do you handle pressure?
Write a short answer below each question. Use simple words and keep your points easy to scan.
You can sort notes into groups like:
- Self-introduction
- Work history
- Technical skills
- Problem solving
- Teamwork
- Company fit
Use Agent as a quick review tool before a call or in-person interview. Read each question and answer once or twice, then focus on the items you still miss.
- Prepare for a first-round interview
- Build a bank of common answers
- Review weak areas before each session
- Keep notes for multiple jobs
- Save follow-up questions from recruiters
- Track progress over time
- Keep answers short
- Use plain words
- Read your notes out loud
- Update the list after each interview
- Remove items you no longer need
- Put the hardest questions near the top
If the download page gives you a file, it may look like one of these:
.exe— run this file on Windows.zip— unpack it first, then open the app.msi— follow the Windows install prompt- source files — use the packaged release instead if you only want to run the app
If you want to keep things tidy, use a folder like this:
- Agent
- Interview Notes
- Role Prep
- Practice Questions
- Review List
This helps you keep notes separate from other files on your computer.
- Check that the download finished
- Make sure you opened the right file
- Try running it again as the same user account that downloaded it
- Open the file from the download page only
- Check that the file was not changed after download
- Try extracting the file again if it came in a zip package
- Restart the app
- Reboot your PC and try again
- Download the latest copy from the page if the file seems damaged
