Frontend accessibility guide #575
Description
Write apps/web/docs/accessibility.md: the accessibility standard the app targets and the patterns required to meet it — keyboard navigation through the conversation list and message composer, focus management in modals, screen-reader announcement of incoming messages, and colour contrast.
Acceptance criteria:
- States the target standard and how it is checked
- Documents focus-trap and restore requirements for
Modaland the safety-number panel - Documents the live-region approach for incoming messages, which must announce without stealing focus
- Gives a pre-merge checklist for a contributor adding an interactive component
