Summary

• Add Stellar federation address resolution for user*domain.com identifiers with response validation.
• Add an abortable Stellar Expert token-directory verification helper.
• Persist and restore the create-stream draft in local storage, clearing it after successful creation.
• Add role-aware bulk pause, withdraw, and cancel actions to the streams page.
