feat: Implement issues #803, #804, #805, #806

Summary

Implements four critical enhancements for streamFi dashboard and token management:

• lib/format.ts: format big numbers using compact notation (1.2K, 3.4M) for dashboard KPI cards #806: Compact currency formatting (1.2K, 3.4M) for KPI card display
• lib/tokens.ts: add popular Stellar testnet faucet tokens list with one-click minting #805: Popular Stellar testnet faucet tokens with one-click minting
• lib/stellar-address.ts: validate Stellar multiplexed M-addresses and extract sub-account ID #804: Support for multiplexed (M-address) Stellar accounts
• components/dashboard/EndingSoonWidget.tsx: sort ending soon streams by closest end time ascending #803: Sort ending-soon streams by closest end time ascending

Changes

lib/format.ts (#806)

• Added formatCompactCurrency(amount, options) function
• Uses Intl.NumberFormat with notation: 'compact'
• Displays numbers as 1.2K, 3.4M, 5.6B for concise KPI card display
• Includes fallback for browsers without compact notation support

lib/tokens.ts (#805)

• Added TESTNET_FAUCET_TOKENS array with 5 popular testnet tokens (XLM, USDC, EURC, gm, test)
• Added claimTestnetFaucetTokens(address, tokenAddress) function
• Integrates with Stellar's Friendbot faucet API for one-click test token funding
• Full error handling and validation for addresses

lib/stellar-address.ts (#804)

• Added isValidStellarMuxedAddress(address) to validate M... addresses
• Added parseMuxedAddress(muxAddress) to extract underlying public key and sub-account ID
• Added ParsedMuxedAddress interface for type safety
• Added isValidStellarAddressAny(address) to support G/C/M address types
• Leverages @stellar/stellar-sdk's StrKey.decodeMuxedAccount() for reliable parsing

components/dashboard/EndingSoonWidget.tsx (#803)

• Added .sort((a, b) => a.endTime - b.endTime) to allEndingSoon array
• Streams now display in ascending order by end time (closest deadline first)
• Helps senders prioritize urgent top-ups

Testing

All functions include:

• Input validation with descriptive error messages
• Type safety with interfaces
• Fallback/error handling
• Browser compatibility considerations
