Summary

This PR addresses four related UI/UX enhancements for the stream component ecosystem, closing issues #799-802:

Test plan

  • Audio chime toggles on/off correctly and plays at configured milestone thresholds
  • Withdraw button disabled with visible tooltip when all streams have zero claimable balance
  • Pulsing indicator appears only for active streams, not paused/ended/cancelled
  • Cliff reminder option appears in calendar dropdown when cliffTime is provided
  • All existing functionality remains unaffected (backward compatible)

Closes #802

…funds, pulsing active indicator, and cliff unlock reminder

- conduit-protocol#799: Add optional audio chime toggle to RateTicker that plays at milestone thresholds
- conduit-protocol#800: Show tooltip and disable BulkWithdrawButton when no claimable funds available
- conduit-protocol#801: Add pulsing green indicator for active streams in StreamCard with CSS animation
- conduit-protocol#802: Add cliff unlock reminder option to AddToCalendarButton for 24hr advance notice

All features are non-breaking enhancements with sensible defaults and optional props.
