Summary

This PR implements issues #784, #785, #786, and #787:

1. User Avatar Upload backed by IPFS / Web3.Storage (app/profile/page.tsx: add user avatar upload backed by IPFS / Web3.Storage #784):

   • Added decentralized avatar storage (lib/avatar-storage.ts) with deterministic SVG blockie fallback.
   • Saves computed IPFS CIDs to user profile metadata.
   • Added AvatarUpload component in app/profile/page.tsx with IPFS resolution, CID link, and avatar management.

2. Gas Efficiency KPI Card (app/profile/page.tsx: display total lifetime gas fees saved through streaming payments #785):

   • Added computeGasEfficiency in lib/profile-analytics.ts calculating (total_withdrawals_avoided * avg_tx_fee).
   • Added GasEfficiencyCard in app/profile/page.tsx displaying lifetime gas fees saved, total withdrawals avoided, and average transaction fees for CFOs and treasuries.

3. Notification Preferences Matrix (app/settings/page.tsx: add notification preferences toggle (Email, Telegram, Browser Push) #786):

   • Added channel-level preferences (Browser Push, Email, Telegram) and granular event notification matrix in app/settings/page.tsx and lib/notifications.ts.
   • Supports configuring alerts for stream cancellation, cliff reaching, stream completion, and withdrawals.

4. Developer Mode Toggle with Raw Storage Keys and XDR (app/settings/page.tsx: add developer mode toggle displaying raw contract storage keys and XDR #787):

   • Added Developer Mode toggle in app/settings/page.tsx and hooks/useSettings.ts.
   • Created DeveloperPayloadInspector displaying raw contract storage keys (LedgerKey XDR) and invocation XDR payloads in transaction confirmation dialogs (Cancel, Top Up, and Withdraw).
