Changes

@containerbase/base exports its package.json, so consumers like Renovate can read the package version and compare it with the version an image reports in /usr/local/containerbase/version. Without the entry in exports, Node refuses the @containerbase/base/package.json import. The README shows how to use it.

The version is written into package.json at release time, right before publishing, so the published file has the real version.
