Summary

  • Install the source-built FFI library under the platform-specific filename used by the resolver.
  • Add a deterministic regression test for the filename and copied contents.
  • Update CHANGELOG.

Verification

  • Independent review: ACCEPT.
  • composer test: 5472 tests, 15912 assertions; existing deprecations and native skips.
  • bin/lint.sh and composer validate --strict passed.

Closes #71
