This is the first ever release of projectlocal plugin. Please read #12 for what has been added but overall the summary is as below:

• Refactored underlying code, going from classes to functions
• Use a deno lock file to keep the same installs
• Simplified JSON file options (:help projectlocal-json-config)
• Updated documentation and added video demos to show how the plugin is used: Wiki link
• Renamed the project to projectlocal.vim
