Produce specification 0.2.0 reports using exact ctrf 0.5.0, with canonical summaries, ordered prior retry history and final diagnostics. Add stable logical test IDs, execution IDs and distinct final/prior attempt IDs, preserving execution identity across retries. Include runId only when explicitly supplied; support coordinated run/shard options and retain identity in minimal output.

Modernize the package to ESM source with dual CommonJS/ESM root and runtime exports, declarations and current-test extra metadata merging. Retain the callable CommonJS factory. Require Node 22.12+ and CodeceptJS 4.2.0, adopt TypeScript 7 with the compatible compiler API, and refresh dependencies and quality checks. Prepare stable 0.1.0 with staged npm publication and separate GitHub release finalization.

Validation: fresh npm ci and npm run all pass on Node 26, including 20 unit tests, real CodeceptJS ESM/CommonJS pass/fail/skip/retry scenarios, and isolated packed runtime/declaration consumers. The initial alignment also passed on minimum Node 22.12. Registry verification confirms 462 signatures and 81 attestations; release workflow YAML parses. Direct dependencies are current.

The checkout production audit is clean. The full development audit has three moderate upstream sprintf-js findings. A fresh ordinary consumer with the CodeceptJS peer has 10 framework findings (3 high, 6 moderate, 1 low); repository-root overrides do not propagate to consumers. README audit guidance reflects these limits.
