Organization-aware dashboard navigation for personal and company accounts

Summary

Make dashboard navigation organization-aware for personal and company accounts.

Personal users no longer see company-only Statements and Ratios navigation items or the “Upload company statement” command. Direct navigation to company-only routes redirects personal users to the supported Imports upload flow. Company users retain the existing Statements and Ratios experience.

Added Playwright regression coverage for:

• Personal versus company navigation visibility
• Command palette filtering
• Switching from a company route to a personal account
• Direct access to company-only routes
