Every snapped coordinate walked up to the presentation source through VisualTreeHelper.GetDpi, and a pie build snaps well over a hundred points across slices, hints, and labels. The DPI cannot change mid-build, so it is now read once at the start of CreatePieMenu. A DPI change still rebuilds the pie through OnDpiChanged, which refreshes the capture.
