Added .env.example for environment configuration.
Updated README.md with setup instructions.
Updated .gitignore to ignore the .env file.

Note:

Set AES_KEY_GCM in the .env file.
The key must be exactly 32 characters.
Use the same AES key on both the robot and the base station.
