[IDEA] support HTTTP(s) headers on the command line so we can support `QUERY` on the command line

A clear and concise description of what you want to happen.

We need to support HTTP(S) headers on the command line. Perhaps something like curl's -h. This means we need to be able to take more than one header. The motivation for this is to be able to supply Content-Type header for QUERY.
