Overview of Issues

I think Gary will need to help speak to these...I need my notes from office, and not there....

• Fix grade level (progress issue)
• Private Shared groups don’t appear in the data entry screen

Text from the SFA coordinator:

"There is still a glitch with the testing grade levels on some students. It seems any student that transfers, enrolls, and/or drops outside of the entrance date do not have correct testing grades. This accounts for students that may have left our district for several years and return; their testing grade shows up as when they left our system. For example: a 7th grade student from Wales has come back, but in the SFA dart module, she is showing up as a 3rd grader."

• Restated: If a student enters BSSD after the year starts, he/she is not assigned the appropriate grade level in the SFA module. It has been true for every kind of entry, not just transfers or returning students.
• SFA Module doesn't seem to understand PK or K as part of the sequence of grades. That can be edited in the Edit Testing Level screen, but that is only true for the "numbered" grades.
