Deployment 的 create/update 支持 environment_variables，响应回显该字段。 传空 map 表示清空，不传表示不修改。
补充 create/update 两个用例对 environment_variables 的断言（写入、 空 map 清空、响应回显），fixture 同步补该字段；并按 google-java-format 修正超长行。

Deployment 的 create / update 支持
environment_variables，响应模型回显该字段。用于给部署运行时注入环境变量：deployment run 创建 session 时由服务端透传，最终注入沙箱运行时。契约与 session 侧一致：
Map<String, String>，键值均为字符串clearXxx开关（与metadata一致）Changes
model/Deployment.java：新增environment_variables用于回显param/DeploymentCreateParam.java：新增字段并写入请求体param/DeploymentUpdateParam.java：新增字段并写入请求体；序列化沿用metadata的LinkedHashMap拷贝写法，保证空 map 序列化为{}TestAgentStudioDeployments.java/agentstudio.json：补测试断言与 fixtureTest plan
mvn test -Dtest=TestAgentStudioDeployments—— 5 个用例通过
