Temporary read-only recovery PR. It waits for the existing P1 verification run, downloads only its completed artifacts, validates that p1a-p1d contain non-empty evidence, packages them, and commits split recovery chunks to this temporary branch. It does not re-run wallet collection and is not intended for merge.
