Summary

Restore space-separated nested resources across all 17 API operations, matching the published CLI convention. For example, dedalus machines ssh list and dedalus machines executions logs retrieve replace colon-delimited resource groups. Missing parent groups such as organization are created automatically.

This PR builds on #108: retain machines exec and literal execution arguments while replacing its execution-specific nesting with general command-path normalization. Colon spellings are removed, matching the previous public CLI behavior.

Help, command references, and man pages use the nested paths. Bash, Zsh, and Fish completion now read the live command tree so nested resources and custom aliases remain discoverable. The runtime normalization is marked as a custom block that must survive regeneration.

Validation

  • Build and ESM/CJS type checks passed.
  • All 47 local tests passed.
  • All 34 package-focused tests passed against a freshly installed tarball.
  • Verified help for every nested operation, HTTP routes and credentials for all five resource groups, and literal execution arguments.
  • Exercised completion in Bash and Zsh. Fish output is included but was not exercised in a Fish shell locally.
  • No live API resources were created. Generator regeneration was not run.
