P1 Badge Record the image-size tradeoff in an ADR

This change selects a 256px cap over the previous 512px cap to balance image legibility against prominence in the article, but the commit does not add or update an ADR. Because the repository requires an ADR whenever multiple options with a tradeoff are considered, document this sizing decision before merging.
