README: sync feature names from #216 and fix alphabetical ordering

Seven feature display names in the root README.md still used the old hyphenated owner-project format after #216 renamed them to owner/project style in devcontainer-feature.json. Additionally, diffity.com was listed after direnv.net despite sorting before it.

Changes

• Name mismatches fixed — link text updated to match name in devcontainer-feature.json:

  • alexpasmantier-television → alexpasmantier/television
  • basecamp-fizzy-cli → basecamp/fizzy-cli
  • cloudflare.com-warp-cli → cloudflare.com/warp-cli
  • github.com-cli → github.com/cli
  • joelhooks-agent-secrets → joelhooks/agent-secrets
  • onecli.sh-cli → onecli.sh/cli
  • schpet-linear-cli → schpet/linear-cli

• Ordering fixed — diffity.com moved before direnv.net (diff < dire)

• Versions verified — all 69 entries match their devcontainer-feature.json counterparts; no version changes needed

Resolved in 2c70616. Merged origin/main (which had description fixes for critique.work and pi.dev), keeping our name/ordering fixes and incorporating main's updates.
