Add a mechanism to pull the correct
LICENSEfile from DIALS, and also provide suitable logos and an icon file, which is used for the Start menu launcher like. Pretty happy with this now. There's only a minor annoyance that the colours don't match on the round and rectangular logos (but that's always been the case)
