chore: use the diffpy.srfit license - #15

The cmi packages carry the same license as diffpy.srfit, but cmipdf shipped the scikit-package BSD 3-Clause template. Copy srfit's LICENSE.rst and docs/source/license.rst verbatim and use its classifier. LICENSE_DANSE.rst already matches srfit's. Closes diffpy#8.
