SigningCertificate in dk.nita.test.saml20

Have look at the source code.
In the project 'dk.nita.test.saml20', in the app.config the SigningCertificate is not wrappen in the new structure. See line 29, https://github.com/digst/OIOSAML.Net/blob/master/src/dk.nita.saml20/dk.nita.test.saml20/app.config
