feat(fframes): per-track audio effects - #219
Conversation
AudioTrack gets normalize_lufs, highpass, lowpass, low_shelf, high_shelf, peak, compress, width and rate. The mixer renders a track with effects once when it is built: it reads the played part of the file at the mix rate and runs the effects in the order of the calls. Gain, pan, fades and ducking apply after them. Tracks without effects are read from the file as before, bit for bit.

Bound effect-buffer allocation for AudioCommand::At.
AudioCommand::At builds the mixer with timeline.full_range(). For effect tracks, this creates one Vec<f32> per channel with range.len() samples. A one-hour, 48 kHz stereo track therefore requires about 691 MB per channel, or 1.38 GB for both buffers, before other allocations. This can exhaust memory during an ordinary audio at request.
Add a duration or memory cap before mixer construction. A warning alone does not prevent the allocation.
