feat(landing): publish The Why film page

Add The Why at /the-why with inline HLS playback, an animated film page, a poster, and social metadata. Introduce it as “Our first short film made with code and AI.” Add a homepage premiere banner and include the film assets in the existing Cloudflare build. Use domain-relative site navigation and open destination links in new tabs with noopener noreferrer.

• Based on main; excludes renderer changes, other examples, and the original 4K master.
• Includes 720p and 1080p HLS renditions. Every static asset is below 25 MiB; the build checks this limit.
• Keeps the film source link on the-why-mac-render.
• Adds a canonical URL, Movie structured data, robots.txt, and a sitemap. Canonical and social image URLs use the production domain.
• Validation: npm run build:landing, landing JavaScript syntax checks, git diff --check, and link-attribute checks passed.
• The existing Cloudflare integration can preview this PR and deploy /the-why after merge to main.
