On mobile, it's hard to tap the exact minute you want (e.g. landing on 7:01 PM) since the dial only labels every 5 minutes. This PR adds small +/- minute buttons next to the time display, visible only while the minutes view is active.
The feature is off by default and opt-in via a new minuteNudge config option, so it shouldn't affect any existing usage unless explicitly enabled.
I used AI assistance to help write this. I've tested that the nudge buttons work correctly with minuteNudge: true. I still need to verify that everything behaves normally with the option left at its default (false) will confirm before/shortly after opening this for review.
