Add FolderHome to DokuReader’s English and German ecosystem tables and the llms.txt disambiguation section. The wording presents it as a separate local agent/workspace tool and does not imply integration with DokuReader.

Validation: existing README link/navigation tests pass (2 passed); git diff --check is clean. No runtime code changed.

Zweitmodell-Review: Reine Doku-Änderung (README, README_de, llms.txt); EN/DE synchron, Abgrenzung "keine DokuReader-Integration" eindeutig. Alle 22 Checks grün. Aus Review-Sicht freigabefähig (formale Approval nicht möglich, da gleiches Konto).

Reviewed exact head cadf90e. The three-file documentation change describes FolderHome as a separate workspace tool without claiming DokuReader integration. English/German README and llms.txt are consistent; no runtime change. All 22 checks are successful. Ready for the regular merge path, subject to unchanged head and repository rules.
