Convert C# field names to non-underscore naming #37714

Description
Per the Blazor doc conventions, refactor the Blazor samples and the inline code from #37488 that uses underscore-named fields.
This is a low priority item, but it should be done for consistency across the Blazor docs.

I will fix the naming conventions in the PR itself, that's one quick prompt.

AFAIK, it should only be on your PR ....... I think! 😄 I've tried to keep up with it. However, engineer-sent code may have introduced a few around the doc set examples and in the Blazor samples. For example, Halter may have put them into the security sample apps.
UPDATE: I see that you limited it to your PR. All good!
I'll probably need to generate a PU discussion about it to make sure that we're going to stick with the convention. We'll get all of the stakeholders in on it and go with Dan's ultimate ruling 👨⚖️🏛️ after discussion. It's tracked by #36751 now.
