Problem
The repository is being prepared for public release. The README does not state the license the project is distributed under, and it does not say whether the project is connected to Microsoft. The project name and the documentation use Microsoft trademarks (TFS, Azure DevOps, Azure DevOps Server), so a reader may assume that Microsoft endorses or maintains the tool.
Approach
A "License and trademarks" section at the end of the README names the MIT License, links to
LICENSE, and points totfscli licensesfor the licenses of the components included in the binary. The section also states that the project is independent of Microsoft and that the product names are Microsoft trademarks. The trademarks are named only to identify the server the tool works with.Notes
The change touches documentation only and does not need a
CHANGELOG.mdentry.
