- README: replace the 'internal material not published' framing with the current confirmed formulation — stations, centres and embassies are physical presence, support and local context for the ecosystem. - Resource language aligned with the economy of capacity (contextual allocation, Dktron as proposed representation, DAF as transitional scaffold). - component.yml, llms.txt and _config.yml updated to the same formulation.
